Strategi Pemulihan Ekonomi di Masa Pandemi melalui Pemberdayaan Lembaga Filantropi di Kota Tangerang

Abstract

Pandemi Covid19 telah merebak diseluruh wilayah Indonesia termasuk Kota Tangerang yang terletak di Provinsi banten. Selain sektor kesehatan, dampak yang mendapat perhatian adalah sektor ekonomi. Perekonomian kota Tangerang menjadi menurun karena banyak masyarakat yang tidak memiliki penghasilan sehingga tingkat daya beli masyarakat menurun. Hal ini harus segera diatasi oleh pemerintah agar perekonomian tidak semakin terpuruk. Karena itu pemuihan ekonomi harus segera dirancang dan mulai dilaksanakan. Metode penelitian ini berupa kajian kepustakan (Library Research). Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi strategi pemulihan ekonomi di masa dan pasca pandemi Covid19 melalui pemberdayaan lembaga filantropi. Begitu banyak peran lembaga filantropi dalam mengatasi dampak pandemi Covid19 pada sektor ekonomi, sosial, kesehatan dan pendidikan. Untuk itu strategi pemulihan ekonomi yang dilakukan pemerintah adalah membentuk lembaga filantropi baru baik manual ataupun melalui platform digital sebagai wadah untuk berkolaborasi dengan lembaga filantropi swasta lainnya agar visi misi dan program kerja dapat diselaraskan sesuai dengan program pemulihan ekonomi pemerintah, membentuk lembaga filantropi di setiap instansi baik negeri maupun swasta pada tiap level, dan mengotimalisasi dana sosial yang dihimpun dari zakat para Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan selanjutnya dana yang terkumpul diarahkan untuk pemulihan ekonomi.

ABSTRACT

The Covid-19 pandemic has spread throughout Indonesia, including the city of Tangerang, which is located in the province of Banten. In addition to the health sector, the impact that has received attention is the economic sector.The economy of the city ofTangerang is declining because many people do not have income so that the level of people’s purchasing power decreases.This must be addressed by the government so that the economy does not get worse. Therefore, economic recovery must be immediately designed and started to be implemented. This research method is a literature review (Library Research).The results of this study aim to examine and identify strategies for economic recovery during and after the Covid19 pandemic through the empowerment of philanthropic institutions.There are so many roles for philanthropic institutions in overcoming the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economic , social, health and education sectors. For this reason, the economic recovery strategy carried out by the government is to form a new philanthropic institution, either manually or through a digital platform as a forum to collaborate with other private philanthropic institutions so that the vision, mission and work programs can be aligned with the government’s economic recovery program, and establish philanthropic institutions in each agency. - both public and private agencies at every level,and optimize social funds collected from zakat of State CivilApparatus (ASN) and then the funds collected are directed to economic recovery.
