TNG.COLLAB KOTA TANGERANG: PLATFORM KOLABORASI DIGITAL UNTUK SOLUSI SOSIAL EKONOMI BERKELANJUTAN

TNG.COLLAB TANGERANG CITY: A DIGITAL COLLABORATION PLATFORM FOR SUSTAINABLE SOCIO-ECONOMIC SOLUTIONS

Abstract

Kota Tangerang menghadapi tantangan multidimensi seperti stunting, pengangguran, kemiskinan ekstrem, serta ketahanan pangan perkotaan. Berbagai program pemerintah, CSR perusahaan, dan inisiatif masyarakat telah berjalan, namun masih bersifat terfragmentasi sehingga potensi kolaborasi lintas sektor belum optimal. Penelitian ini mengusulkan TNG.collab, sebuah platform digital kolaboratif berbasis kota yang berfungsi sebagai social marketplace untuk mempertemukan pemerintah, swasta, akademisi, komunitas, relawan, dan donatur dalam satu ekosistem transparan dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, analisis deskriptif isu sosial-ekonomi Tangerang, serta perumusan model berbasis kerangka Quadruple Helix Plus. TNG.collab dirancang dengan tiga fungsi utama, yaitu marketplace sosial, dashboard transparansi, dan sistem kolaborasi yang memfasilitasi partisipasi publik. Uji coba konsep ditunjukkan melalui tiga proyek percontohan: urban farming wakaf, bank sampah digital, dan beasiswa keterampilan digital. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa platform ini berpotensi meningkatkan sinergi multipihak, mempercepat pencapaian target pembangunan berkelanjutan, dan menjadikan Tangerang sebagai pionir smart city inklusif di Indonesia.

Abstract

Tangerang City encounters multidimensional challenges such as stunting, unemployment, extreme poverty, and urban food security. Various government programs, corporate CSR initiatives, and community efforts have been implemented, yet they remain fragmented, preventing cross-sector collaboration from reaching its full potential. This study proposes TNG.collab, a city-based digital collaborative platform that is designed as a social marketplace to connect government, private sector, academia, communities, volunteers, and donors within a transparent and sustainable ecosystem. The methods applied include literature review, descriptive analysis of Tangerang’s socio-economic issues, and the formulation of a model based on the Quadruple Helix Plus framework. TNG.collab is designed with three core functions: a social marketplace, a transparency dashboard, and a collaboration system that facilitates public participation. The concept is tested through three pilot projects: waqf-based urban farming, a digital waste bank, and digital skills scholarships. The analysis shows that this platform has the potential to enhance multi-stakeholder synergy, accelerate the achievement of sustainable development goals, and position Tangerang as a pioneer of inclusive smart cities in Indonesia.
